Are you on the verge of burnout?  Do you try to manage too many things at one time?

Are you aware that you are too busy or do you just keep going?

Do you feel pressure from employers or co-workers to work overtime?

Do you listen to your body, when it tells you it needs to rest?  How do you look after your physical and mental well-being?

Does this sound like you?  Sometimes we just keep going and ignore our body telling us that we need to slow down or take a break.  We worry about what others think if we say we need a holiday or to take time out.  However, it doesn’t matter what other people think, it’s about listening to your body.   You need to be aware when it is saying, “Hey you, I need to recharge my batteries.”  If you take time out to recharge, you will be able to keep going.  If you don’t listen to your body, everything will come to a grinding halt.

It is important that you put the time in your weekly schedule to take care of your own mental and physical health.  I run each week and this is what keeps my own physical and mental health in the right place to support my clients.
